One of the many reasons why Xabi Alonso is so awesome. Unreal—a goal from his own half of the pitch?! Notice how the entire crowd goes silent while the ball is in the air. His short and long range passing, his creativity, his vision, and badass moves like this one are what make him my favourite player and one of the best footballers in the world.
